Handle. Pitch. Ferment – The right way

1.

If the bottle is swollen spray disinfectant around the cap and open it till half, let co2 out and then close the cap.

2.

Take it out from the fridge in the morning of the brewing day.

3.

Shake it up and put it to a warm place around 20-23°C. In every 2-3 hours shake it up and let CO2 out as suggested earlier.

4.

Shake it until the consistency is homogenous. Some yeast may need 5-10 minutes.

5.

Pay attention to pour all the yeast into the wort. You can wash the bottle into the tank with some wort

6.

Don’t forget the oxygenation of the wort, it is important for liquid yeast!
