Meet the minds crafting your Yeast
Who have cooked anything before knows exactly, everything depends on the ingredients. An amateur cook is happy if he can put ingredients after each other in the right order. If guessed well the right amount of dried spices or vegeta he even feels victorious. However if we observe a mastercook, the first thing we notice: he always cooks with carefully, usually self-selected ingredients. He is looking for the best and won’t stop still he finds it. Fresh ingredients, fresh spices, and plans the harmony thoughtfully in the dishes. Craft beer brewers share the same passion: they are dedicated to perfect recipes all the time. Thoughtfully planned water profile, malt, hops. However the true soul of beer depends on one more ingredient, and that is yeast. The very yeast that meant dry powder for most of the brewers. But we, here at YeastFlow have been working on a solution since 2018 to change it once and forever! We bring you the liquid yeast and with it the endless possibilities that this little bottle contains inside.
First steps
As all cool stories, it started in a pub as well. Aladár and Ádám were discussing philosiphical thoughts about money, women and alcohol (cause what else would man talk about…). After all the topic changed to brewing and craft beers, and all of a sudden ideas followed each other till YeastFlow was born. After the talk came a long and thourough process of research, stuffed with experiments, legal checks and heavy drinking. They were working for one full year to develop the technology to create the highest quality liquid yeast. They founded a base strain-bank with 28 strains and the manufacture began. On the 1st of April, 2019 after a breakfast of yoghurt and crescent the company was founded. And YeastFlow Ltd began its official journey toward a liquid future.
