English yeast that is capable of fermenting up to 25% ABV. Recommended for brewing strong beers. The perfect choice for Barleywine style beers. Alcohol generally stops fermenting at 12-16% but this can improve to 25% in special circumstances. With low malt content we can achieve a pleasant English ale.
